After thirty plus years as an entrepreneur & business builder, Shyam put on a new hat – that of an executive & business coach, mentor and self development guide. His coaching blends years of corporate experience & a passion for working with people. He works organisation builders to support their career & life goals. The process assists them in managing conflicts, on the go transition, execution excellence and other challenges – by aligning their individuality with their organizational context. The objective of Shyam’ s coaching is to leave them with immediate measurables & life altering insights. Along this coaching journey of ten plus years he has undergone  500 odd hours of coach specific training and thousand plus hours of coaching experience. Shyam is a MCC with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Life Coach. Shyam is an enthusiastic nature photographer and loves to drive in the Himalayan hills.
